Delivery Time Information

When you order an item from our online shop, it's safe and easy. Each product shows its delivery time - your order will be shipped within this timeframe.

  1. After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation with your order number.
  2. When the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we'll contact you to schedule a delivery day.

Benelux Countries: We ship with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. They'll send you a shipping confirmation when delivery is scheduled, including a shipment number for reference. On delivery day, you'll receive an email with a 2-hour delivery window. If this time doesn't work for you, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Rest of Europe - Small Orders: Orders with fewer than 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or fewer than 2 large boxes (armchairs) ship with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you'll receive a tracking link from DHL Parcel.

Rest of Europe - Larger Orders: Orders with more than 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or more than 1 large box (armchair) ship with Dachser Logistics. Dachser will email you to schedule a delivery day. You'll receive tracking information from Dachser.

Please note that all deliveries are made to the first threshold only.
